Tracy Webber Cake Decorating Class

You may have wondered about taking a class at The Clever Cook.  Let us show you one class in pictures.

Tracy Webber taught a hands-on cake decorating class to eight students on Saturday, October 26, 2002. The students brought their own cakes to the class. Tracy brought the frosting to class, but the students received the recipe in their class packets.

Shown at left, Ms. Webber is leveling and splitting a cake.

Shown below she is teaching the scrolling technique with two students close at hand.
Above left, Katie is hard at work applying frosting in an intricate pattern.  Above right, she proudly displays the results of her hard, but fun efforts.
