Registration Policy - All classes are prepaid. You may pay by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or Discover.
Please Note: If you cannot attend a class, you will receive a full refund if you notify us on or before the cancellation date you were given at the time of registration. If we are notified after the cancellation date, you may send a substitute in your place or we can send you the recipes. NO REFUNDS, NO CREDIT, NO EXCEPTIONS. Gift certificates used to pay for classes must be received by us before your reservation can be confirmed. The Clever Cook reserves the right to change any menu or instructor or to cancel a class at its discretion. Thanks for your understanding. We look forward to having you!

You should know that:

• All cooking classes include a generous tasting of prepared recipes, so bring your appetite.
• Participants receive copies of recipes prepared and usually additional recipes are included.
• Depending on size of class and participation, some classes may end a little early or run a little over.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 8-10 participants.
• Exact menus and ingredients are subject to availability. We strive to always use the finest ingredients but sometimes are forced to change recipes.
