| Information We Record and Track |
| Web Log When you browse any page of our web site, information which is not personally identifiable, is collected in a web log. That information may include: your IP (internet protocol) address; time and date; browser type; operating system; domain name; your screen size and resolution; referring web site addresses; and if you reached the page through a search engine, the search engine and the search term used. |
| On-Line Store Browsing When you browse our on-line store, cookies are used (see below) to track and record products viewed, and your shopping cart content. This information is recorded in a web log. |
| On-Line Store Purchase When you checkout of the on-line store, you provide us with billing and shipping information. That information includes credit card information, and the billing and shipping names, addresses, and phone numbers, and if requested gift card enclosure information. |
| Newsletter When you subscribe to our newsletter, you give us your email address, and optionally your name and postal address. |
| Forum When you make a submission to the forum, you optionally give your email address and name. Any information you provide to the forum is public. |

| How We Use the Information |
| Personally Identifiable Information We use personally identifiable information to provide you the services you have requested. Those services are on-line store purchases, newsletter, forum, and email. We maintain a record of your on-line store transactions with the exception of credit card information which is destroyed upon completion of the transaction. |
Other Information We analyze the web logs for security breach attempts and trends and statistics that will help our on-line store be more effective or efficient. Examples include: statistical page visit frequency, browser usage, and effectiveness of search engines.
We do not connect web log information with personally identifiable information other than in the rare case of diagnosing a problem a specific user is having with an on-line transaction. |
| Third parties We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services our behalf including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases. We use a third-party web log analysis service. Our web site is a general audience site. We do not ask about the age of our customers.
