The best thing about pizza is you can make anything into a pizza. Discover unique ways of using olive oils, pestos and sauces to create the ultimate pizza. Gregg will be making a basic pizza dough, whole wheat, cornmeal, and focaccia doughs. Using those doughs he will prepare Quattro Stagioni – this pizza is divided into quarters, each with a different topping to depict the four seasons of the year; New Potato, Rosemary, Garlic and Smoked Mozzarella Vegetarian Pizza; Spinach and Ricotta Panzerotti – these make great party food to serve with drinks or as tasty appetizers for a crowd; and, Tomato, Pesto and Kalamata Olive Focaccia Bread. Gregg will share many tricks and techniques for constructing a pizza from scratch and ideas for left over pizza dough.
